Hello @punker barbie my username is Psychobutsexy and after ending my broadcast yesterday around 6:30 pm I went to cash out my tokens just to get the message that my account has been banned. I didn't violate any of the terms and conditions so I don't understand why I got banned. This is my only source of income and I'm a single mom so I'm hoping to get this resolved asap so I can start broadcasting again. If you could get back with me as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it as I have already reached out to the support team but no response...the only thing I can think of why I would of got banned is because my baby may of been heard crying in the background but was never seen on camera. Does anyone have any advice on this and know if I will be able to get my account back or at least receive my payout? Thank you I hope to hear back from someone asap. As I'm very upset and have been crying every since I got that message. Please help me get My account back if it was because the baby was heard I will make sure to never make that mistake again as I am a new model on the platform and didn't know something like that could get you banned. Any advice would be appreciated

Yes they emailed me and said they terminated My account because my baby was heard crying while I was broadcasting but no where did I read on the code of conduct or TOS that they will ban you for that only if a minor is seen on camera which she never was. Can you please help me get My account back I will never make this mistake again and really need this account to make money as a single mother with no other income @punker barbie. At least how do I appeal this decision to get it reversed to a suspension of however long they choose?

This limitation includes, by way of example only, the offering, role play,and/or discussion of minors. In the event of a breach of this rule, we will immediately report you to NCMEC and any and all law enforcement that we consider appropriate in our sole and absolute discretion
It actually is in the T&C and specifically mentions babies being in the same room even if off camera. It is why there is a lot of models with babies who have their mics turned off so no baby crying is heard or if anyone else is in the room since that is also against The T&C
I'm sorry but I don't think they will reverse this ruling

Does anyone know of Any other sites like CB or xhamsterLive that I could try? CB still hasn't un banned my account and I am desperate need to make some money and advice would be appreciate. Thanks. @punker barbie will you please contact me and help me with my account getting reinstatement on CB. It would mean so much to me if you could do something to help. If not do you or anyone else know any of the high up Admins that could help me get My account back, or know there email so I can contact them directly and explain the situation. As goofy as CB can be at times, I highly suspect that's what was said in their correspondence to you. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the exact message?

Yeah sounds like a legitimate ban. Probably best idea to move on and find another way to work from home. You're not meant to be a cam model if you can't get a completely private and separate space to do your live streams from. There are other work from home jobs you can find that don't limit a child being in earshot of you, but they aren't in the adult industry.
