Banned Account, No Response In Almost A Week

My account was banned last week.... I emailed chaturbate support & waited 72 hours witho8ut a response over the weekened. I messaged them again on monday, and it has been 72 more hours without a response.... Why am I not getting a response via email or even on this forum. @punker barbie

I've been thinking of emailing from a new account to see if I get a response there, and If I do... what do I do from there? Would that mean I have been ignored
