My account was banned today after a mistake of mine, the account user name is alexdebaru
I was in c2c with a friend in chaturbate and I received a videocall on the same computer, I totally forgot I was still in c2c and after a few minutes I showed a video from my phone to the camera (the video was of some people singing happy birthday), I know its against the rules to show more people or faces, I've been using the platform for 3 years now, I moderate a couple of rooms for friends and I never did something like this in all this time. It was completely unintentional and I regret not realizing it at that moment. The video was blurry enough that the faces weren't recognizable, but even so, a few minutes later I was banned. I know it was my mistake, I'm not a model and I was not streaming in public or anything like that, it was just the c2c that was still open. I am very sorry this happened.
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I promise I will be much more careful in the future. Please kindly review my case and help me restore my account if possible.
