Banned Account

Hi! I just would like to ask if why does my two accounts had been banned? My username originally is allison_lust which is already verified since last year and been streaming there too. Last week I created another account to have a fresh start and use it instead which is under the username of summer_hale. I tried to get the summer_hale verified by submitting my passport but unfortunately, it got banned and also my old account which is allison_lust had been banned as well.

Could someone please enlighten me what is the issue here? I already tried reaching out via email but no response at all. I want to start working again but then this happened.

Is this really true? I have been working on CB for a long time and just needed to stop and now I just wanted to create another account so that I can start again with a new account and after submitting my passport my main account and the new one got banned permanently? This is really absurd. What's wrong with CB? Please help me fix this @punker barbie You are the only one I am relying to get this fixed. Again, my main account was allison_lust and the newly created account was summer_hale.

Please help me @punker barbie I really want to start working again on CB.

Its all to do with CB cookies, they link your various accounts and logins in the same cookies.

Oh I see. I never knew that. I am hoping that @punker barbie can see this thread and help me fix this issue since I am really not using a fake passport and also if they do wish, I can submit another type of identification. I just want to have a new account so that I can have a fresh start since most of the followers on my main account are no longer active. CB is really my bread and butter and without this I cannot support myself.
