Hi @punkerbarbie, my cb account id: Lenajane_xx was banned in the middle of my stream. I emailed support right away and received the automated response only, no ticket # and nothing else since Friday. Notice was a TOS issue but it’s unclear what the issue really was. I truly try hard to adhere to the TOS at all times and if I messed up I sincerely apologize and accept full responsibility for what happened. I will take it as a lesson learned and be extra cautious about what is talked about in my stream going forward should I be able to get my account unbanned. I would really appreciate your help on the issue!
