Banned account

Hello..
My account has been banned almost 2 month ago.
I tried the email report,but no answer.
I sent back one today with tiny answered hope.
If i did something wrong..i have no idea what ?
I'm not gonna lie..i was a little pissed the way the bann message popped as soon as i bought tokens.
So banned but charged me the amount.
If anyone could help me i'd appreciate.

I searched carefully and all i have is the automated answered.
No answered on why i've got banned and if i can be unbanned or not.
I'm a bit confused.
Is that mean it's an on going process or i'm supposed to already have an answer ?

I just tried to log in to check if something has changed.
It seems to imply an age matter ?
I'm in my late 40's.
They asking me to indentify myself with my passeport or id card,Wich is fine.
But i'm surfing through my android tv, my pc is dead.
I don't know How i can make a photo or even if it's a good thing to provide those kind of infos.
It's seems weird after 2 or 3 years as a user of almost 50 years old i'm banned like i'm not old enough.
Is the only way is to picture my passeport ?
I'm not so sure about posting my passeport or my id card to a site that still take my money to bann my account
Just one last question if i may..
Banned account means no monthly debited credit card as a member, Correct ?
And if it can't be fix..Well not big of a deal bye bye chaturbate
