Banned Account

Hi @punkerbarbi ! I’m sorry to bother you again, but I’m really hoping you can help me.

My Chaturbate account, rocknsexx, has now been banned for three months, and I still haven’t received a proper response from support despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation.

You previously mentioned that we had received a response on February 25, 2026. However, my account didn’t even exist at that time! My first support requests regarding this incident were submitted in August, and I never received any actual reply by email, only an automatic acknowledgment. I followed up, but the situation remains unresolved.

As I explained in my original post [https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/t...an-error-by-another-model.68952/#post-1308861], another model accidentally used my stream key and broadcast through my account. I wasn’t the person streaming, and I had never previously violated Chaturbate’s rules. We only discovered afterward that the other model had already been permanently banned. The studio explained the mistake and provided her documents, but I ended up facing the consequences.

The situation is even worse because I can’t create a new account either - my documents are apparently blocked, despite my ban resulting from someone else’s mistake.

Could you please help me get my case reviewed by someone who can actually make a decision? Chaturbate was my main source of income, and I’ve lost both my account and the possibility of starting over because of an incident I didn’t cause.

I would be incredibly grateful for any help. I’m simply asking for a fair review and a chance to work on Chaturbate again. Thank you so much!

Since this is the same issue you raised in your original thread, I think it would be better to keep all updates and follow-ups there rather than creating a separate thread.

Regarding your inability to create a new account, that's generally the point of a ban. If someone could simply register a new account using the same identity and documents after being banned, the ban would have very little meaning. A ban can apply to the person, not just the particular account.

Your argument is that the original ban was unfair because another model used your stream key. That's the issue that needs to be addressed through support and a review of the circumstances. Being unable to create another account is a consequence of the existing ban, rather than a separate problem that creates an independent entitlement to a new account.

I understand that you're saying the situation was a mistake, but that doesn't change the fact that the platform has to review the circumstances and decide whether the ban should be lifted. Until then, creating another account isn't an appropriate workaround.
