I had a warning for age play then banned shortly after. It’s actually in my rules that there is zero age play, anyone that has come in past in anyway I even think is talking about a minor or any hit I ban immediately and report! My room is submissive based room. What specifically is not allowed because I’ve been doing the same thing for years and the past month been banned twice and never a reason given? What are things to avoid as if I do get my account back im banning a lot of terms. How are chats monitored ? Is it AI because I don’t understand why this is happening my user name is dalu333 @punker barbie

I want to add earlier this month they replied to a different ticket that I reported a user using stolen pics on their profile. I wasn’t given a warning or anything at all regarding why I was banned it was just back on. I’m afraid that the system is picking up something that isn’t actually something that is against the terms of use. Is there terms or things like roleplaying I should avoid in the future to avoid this? Like I mentioned I’ve never done age play regarding anything underage at all. My rules state it and I have tons of terms banned to prevent it. Any suggestions or things to avoid to future proof this would be great if anyone has suggestions? Thank you, @punker barbie

Thank you, however this is an old ticket from 10/24/25 a different issue actually the ticket where I was reporting a user I for breaking chatubate rules posting fake pics on profile claiming to be that person, but a reverse image search showed they were of a trademark pictures of a real model. They said thanks for reporting the issue, at this time I received the response to ticket 24882325 but my account was banned for unknown reason. After the response of ticket 24882325 my account was reinstated no information at all not even a note about the ban of reinstating or anything it was just back on.
This is not the current ticket I have gotten no response yet. Thank you for understanding hopefully they can get this figured out im patiently waiting! Please can you check for a new ticket thank you
