Banned for looking too young

Chaturbate disabled my ability to stream for "looking too young", my username in CB is “bl_cos”. This happened at the end of January 2025, I contacted chaturbate support and they replied that I would not be able to stream for 6 months, after the time had passed I could request to stream again. I contacted 6 months later, on August 1, 2025 to request to be able to stream again, but the chaturbate support team has not answered me in these two months.It is worth mentioning that they did not make my last January payment as they promised. I read that @punker barbie can help in situations like this, I would like to stream on CB again, also collect my last payment, and continue growing on the page as I was doing.
