Hi, i was myteddybear69 until a couple of days ago when my account was banned. The full story....my original account dopey56 was banned because i stupidly told a model i was fifteen, i immediately apologised to her and her mod but i was reported and banned. Other accounts i had were also closed I opened myteddybear69 account shortly after and for several months was a grey and acting as a mod for a model. A few days ago i was allowed to purchase tokens but after tipping just one token my account was banned. My second account captainridley was allowed to buy tokens the same day but when i tried to tip was told to contact support. I have emailed support from both accounts but get no reply I understand i have been irresponsible and foolish but there has never been any juvenile activity on any of my accounts. Is it possible to have my ban lifted. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly, I doubt you will get your account back - any of them.
You was banned for a very big reason and it's something you should never pretend or joke about since it's such a serious thing that an adult site takes so seriously (with very good reason). It's a huge violation and they have no way of now letting you prove that it was never an underage person that ever typed/signed in. You literally have no way to prove it was always you (someone of age). So, I should imagine you will never be allowed an account again.
You can only blame yourself for it if this is the case. Horribly for you to hear but it's the reality of it. Lesson learned, I hope.

Every time you purchase tokens you will get instantly banned the moment you tip. Why Chaturbate even allowed you to purchase tokens? No idea.
The only way around this is if you change your IP address and use a different form of payment such as paysafecard.

I don't understand the point on telling someone you're underage, knowing full well that minors are not allowed on adult websites and knowing that they cannot legally interact with a model? And it's hard for me to imagine any situation where this would be considered a good idea? I can't even imagine a situation where it would be a joke. I mean, most of the time I've seen it done, it was usually so someone could play out an underage fantasy or as an attempt to unsettle the model, and both of those are super-duper-Nopes and frankly pretty gross behavior. Plus, it can trigger an unsuspecting model who may have bad experiences in their past and bring up all sorts of pain. So yeah. Of course, you were banned. This is one of those situations where I kinda have to say, "It sucks, but you bought the ticket, so now you gotta take the ride." Actions have consequences, and pretending to be a minor illegally interacting with an adult means you're not allowed to interact with any of the models anymore.
They probably aren't going to give you your accounts back because they cannot risk it. If they knowingly allowed a minor to access their website, they could be sued, they could get shut down, and all of their models would be SOL. They can't take that risk which is why that's a very hard limit for them. It doesn't matter if you suddenly say that you are over-age, that you are an adult. It doesn't matter if you offer to show an ID - they have no way of knowing that's you and not an ID/credit card lifted from a parent. When you tell two conflicting stories, they HAVE to believe the story that could get them in the most trouble if it were to be ignored. It's safer for them to believe the Underage lie than to take your word for being an adult and suddenly allow you free reign on the website again.
You crossed a preeeeetty big line, and I am sure you made that model, and everyone in her room, super uncomfortable and probably ruined the entire vibe. It's impossible to put on your sexy face and make money if you think for a SECOND there could be a kid watching. So what you did was Super Not Cool, man. But in my experience, that's USUALLY the intention behind such a statement. And people who think it's funny to make models super freaked really don't deserve to interact with said models either.
Find a different site. Be smarter. Don't pretend to be underage.

hi paige , thanks for your reply, i told the model i was fifteen and couldn't tip because she sent numerous pm's trying to get tips, i wanted her off my back., to stop begging, as soon as i sent it i realised it was a stupid move. i understand cb's response to this but i do find it a bit bizzare that you can find the site at any age, you can get a username at any age, you can broadcast at any age....you only have to click a box and say or 18, in england you can have a debit card at 14 and buy tokens, its not until you verify your account so you can receive tokens that you must prove your age with photographic id

Might want to try MyFreeCams so long as you never try to pull any stunts about being underage again. They’ve got as close to the same vibe as CB does as you can find, and no trashy af ads all over the site.

i don't find it strange, since it's the parent's job to monitor their children's spending and internet usage. adult sites can only do so much so much. laws doesn't require id while purchasing adult related content online, but requires it for models to sign up. but any job or place where you earn money, you are required to give some sort of ID to make sure they are paying the right person.

I mean... That's how ALL porn sites work, from Pornhub to Chaturbate. You can find it at any age, and all you have to do is click a box that says you are 18. That's why they have it written throughout all of their Terms and Conditions, stating that by using the website, you are legally agreeing that you are an adult. It's like... The very first statement in Chaturbate's Terms & Conditions: "Adults Only"! There isn't a whole lot more they CAN do beyond the legal jargon and the Age Verification Box, because every single porn-watcher isn't going to want to upload their ID just to fap for two minutes, both due to convenience and privacy reasons. Plus... While minors legally are not allowed anywhere near the adult website, it also isn't Chaturbate's job to monitor minors. They aren't being paid to be baby-sit every single potential account. That would take SO MUCH time and SO MUCH money, and it would still be pretty useless: people would still get through. That's why Audri is right - it's the parents' job to actively prevent their children from accessing illegal content. Chaturbate cannot prevent every minor from seeing or silently lurking. But if someone flat-out SAYS they are underage and they are violating the Terms and Conditions, they sure as heck can (and are legally required to) act hard and act fast. People who can't play by the rules can't play at all, y'know?
It may seem that Chaturbate makes it easy for minors to access, but Chaturbate is actually known to be on the harsher side in enforcing their Terms and Conditions, where other sites may be more lenient (but obviously, no one is lenient towards anyone who says they are underage). Chaturbate has frequently banned models who have legal ID to prove that they are WAY over-age, but because the models even LOOOK on the younger side, they ban first. They may not have the ability to PREVENT underage peeps from accessing, but at the slightest HINT that someone could be underage, they act swiftly and harshly. And this goes for models and members alike.
I mean... You kinda got your wish. Now, you have a perfectly good excuse not to tip anyone! (But seriously, next time, just say you're broke and can't tip.)

I freekin love MFC. I was a CB regular for the longest time up until 2-3 months ago.

Please check if crypto payment works, CB supports cryptocurrencies. For most part BTC payment would be anon for your account. Check with small pay like 200 tkns.
