I’ve recently been banned on Chaturbate and wrote an email regarding the situation to the support team three days ago and have heard not heard back.
This was my first time using Chaturbate and as a result of not showing my face on live, i was asked to verify my face within a 5 min time frame. Unfortunately i couldn’t figure out how to do it and as a result I was permanently banned.
I now understand why i was banned but id like to clarify it was me on camera and i simply just didn’t know how to verify it in the short time frame given. I just ask that you review my situation and consider reinstating my acount. I would be very appreciative of another opportunity.
