Hi @punker barbie my nick name on CB Is James_joyce_ i recently got banned on Chaturbate 5 months ago. I have contact CB many times, with no reply, already submitted a support ticket and I’m very worried about my account.


I found your posts on AmberCutie and wanted to ask respectfully if there’s any way you could help me get my case reviewed faster or give me some guidance.

She said she was there with her 3 years son, and if i could show them both my penis, as you can imagine i banned that user but then i got a my account banned too, and i have no doubt it was this user's fault. It is very easy for the CB team to check the conversation we had and proof that i did nothing wrong, if you could please help me out. This happened only yesterday.

The problem might be that there even was a conversation. The correct thing to do is to ban/report the user immediately and to NOT engage with them any further. For example, don't even reply NO. Immediately ban/report... move on.

I ban the user, but probably not fast enough

This is very unfair, I didnt do anything wrong, a grey user came into my room wanting me to do that horrible thing and I banned the user!!! show me the conversation please, the one I had with the user, I was very angry, what could I do??? that a grey user can come into our rooms and destroy our only way of making a profit is outrageous and very unfair.
