Hi, responses are supposed to arrive before the rep notifies you here. They usually reply to the email address that's linked to the account, regardless of the one you used to write to them. You mentioned, though, that you wrote them from different emails--it'd be worth checking all your spam folders. Also, the rep may be refering to an answer you've received in the past.
Since you didn't share your actual case and barely gave any information, just from what you wrote I infer that when you say 'got no response' you mean you got no response when you tried to contact them to receive further explanation after they notified you that your ban was permanent.
I may be wrong, but if I'm not, then it's a lost cause. If you're looking to appeal a (permanent) ban for a situation like the one described in the post you linked, the ban would almost surely stand. The model knowingly allowed a suspected minor in their room and provided them with adult content.
Now, for some reason, you may not be trying to appeal but just to get a more detailed explanation. If you're looking for something like 'you said exactly this and that and did that and this'--you just won't get that from them. Honestly, I think it's not worth investing any more energy, particularly on the latter.
What's your specific situation?
