I got a couple notices about third party advertising and I havent been i thought it was the tv like it said so i turned that down, no music. I was doing great after 3 days chaturbate, i was stopping escorting. To use my profile, I specifically tried not to break the rules in any way, each email I got I replied asking to please tell me why and i would make sure not to do it but i couldnt see what it was. Then middle chat customers happy im banned...please help me I needed this.

Hello I was able to create a verified account with my ID immediately after which I thought was strange and I went to work and seeing the loss i couldnt keep going it just hurt. So, I emailed explaining and someone responded but because i accidentally wrote from another email explaining they asked me to write from the account one, but will not reply. This is an honest issue that can be seen if looked. Why won't they reply to me about it if they asked me to send the message? Sorry to share this on xmas but it was such a great day until this and it has really felt devastating.

You’ll get in trouble on Chaturbate for having music playing???

I got another warning for third party content and the only thing was a passing tv screen on silent no sound, then after i acknowledged it, i was sitting on screen in my bed with no sound and got another for it. So I got off and wrote support to avoid a third for no reason. What about my body in my bed with no sound could trigger a third party warning again? I created a thread also. Appreciate your help.

And to your response, if I play music i get a warning for third party content, music from spotify.
you mentioned tv, if thats visable at all these times, its possible that is the cause. But usually would say music on low as background, most would get away with. But your bans are telling us that may not be the cause. OR someone keeps reporting you for it?

Playing music that you dont hold a broadcasting licensee too while on stream is copyright infringement, so comes under the you cant stream copyrighted content tos. However cb mostly turns a blind eye to music when it's in live streams, I can almost guarantee that no one on any live streaming site is paying the broadcasting license, for 90% of streamers it wouldnt make financial sense to do it.

the only thing was a passing tv screen on silent no sound
This does trigger a warning, even having a tiny portion of a screen with a video on it will trigger a warning and eventually a ban. So if your video feed showed like your profile picture here is where there is a tv with an image displayed, it dosn't matter what the content on the screen is you'll get a warning. I used to have a spare tv behind me that played trailers for my videos on a loop and had a copyright warning for that too. Best thing to do imo is make sure that any screens that are not your chat are turned off.

CB is super inconsistent in allowing some copyrighted content but not other copyrighted content.
It used to be having the spotify info showing on screen would trigger a warning (dont know if it's still the case but I have seen it more and more over the last year or so).

Your Spotify is probably throwing ads you've been conditioned to ignore. Either pay for an ad free version or stop using it.

I have never showed a spotify screen, if i have any volume on a menu channel level one i will begin getting warnings back to back, like last night thetv passed the screen, warning, shut off, before i could continue another warning even after shut off and acknowledged like another was already on the way even tho i stopped on the first. I seem to have a greater senstivity as others are playing spotify and thinking its ok...nope the gentlemen above is correct. Im guessing i have people monitoring me for any little thing...right?

Nope that's not how CB works. I've been broadcasting every day for 10 years there. I play music every day. It's not spotify. It's a collection of songs I collected over the years and I've never once received a warning. However, Spotify throws ads out between songs and if the AI software monitoring all rooms picks up the ad you get a warning.

I use the ad supported version of spotify and havnt had any warnings (not saying it dosnt happen, just personal experience...although it could be because the ads are in romanian and not english, who knows). I did have one for having a now playing widget on my stream though.

If it's in the gallery it shouldnt be effecting the stream, the warnings are about things displayed on the cam feed.

we are not all equal, if you dont mind me asking, what is a typical day like volume wise for you? What category are you in? I am trying to understand why I am under scrutiny and again I have written detailed emails from support so you are just getting overlooked..

Probably because it's not in English. :)

Because you keep breaking the rules.

What I do is play music on my hard drive. No ads. It's not being hosted or streamed by a third party service. It's music on my computer.

Categories have no weight here.

I understand how you feel, but see if I play spotify i receive a warning within a minute whereas you or another in this chain states they have and its no issue. I can attest it is. So yes, for me it is breaking the rules and I corrected it. But why do others? That is my question. If my menu tv is on level one the same without seeing it...are you suggesting they can tell via the sound which device it comes from?

OKay here's what I'm trying to tell you. (I don't know how long you have been broadcasting on CB, that info always helps.)

In the wake of some lawsuits and other issues in the adult industry that jeopardized our very right to do this as a legitimate and professional job, Chaturbate purchased and/or created proprietary software that monitors all lines of chat in all rooms. It also monitors the audio in all chat rooms. It is artificial intelligence and it is only as smart as the people who designed it and context is often lost on the AI software -- something completely innocent could be regarded as child porn when it wasn't. Something on your audio stream is tripping that software and that's why you keep being warned.

Whether it's advertisements playing on Spotify between songs or your tv. Here's what I would do:

Turn tv off. Turn spotify off.

Turn spotify on. See if the warning happens.
Turn spotify off, turn your tv on. See if a warning happens.

That should narrow it down. However, understand that building up warnings can result in a permanent ban and there is no way they will overturn it.

First time anyone has made sense of this madness and inconsistency...thank you so much.

I have now removed all electronic devices, all pictures but one wave on my wall I cant turn around, no family pics, no music, no nothing, will I get banned if they see like a logo or for any name brand clothing anything with a label? And are tattoos a problem? Could singing a song trigger this ai monitoring? I am trying to cover all angles before going back on..anythng not obvious I could say to trigger it...and I am not stupid so no need to speak the obvious....but anything I could be missing innocently? I have read everything up down and sideways, some of the gray area worries me seeing how strict its been for me...I am trying to lock this down so I can stay working.

I've been reflecting on your advice...and seeing how it could happen...first of all will a fan violating the rules in my chat affect me? Of course id ban them...Also, commonly I think to "Daddy" I am sure this comes up for all of us...good girl, my little girl...easy common language that could exchange when were doing our thing...I kinda thought about you mentioning the basic function of non context ai enforcement, furthermore I now know that they do not do a human review and they believe firmly that whatever it says you did you did, but I know I had some sort of error where after acknowledging the warning it just threw back to back warnings, at my face with no sound, there was nothing I could do, I even logged off after the 2nd to avoid ban but then I found out even at 2 warnings, one illegit, it banned me so it is like one warning pre decided it would ban me regardless.. Support is great they answered tons of my questions but wouldn't acknowledge this probably thinking I am lying...IDK it happened. Is there anywhere they take feedback on their ai? I am afraid to get back on until I know I can avoid it. PS I have removed everything, pics, electronics, I am asking in another thread about labels, wrappers, logos on property? Words not obvious? IDK it feels defeating..I want to abide by the rules...it feels taxing. There should be a small training or bootcamp prior to becoming a model on here..

With all the paranoia and stress involved in this nonsense, perhaps Chaturbate might not be worth your time? Where is @punker barbie to comment on this matter?
oh you most likely wont get any replies from CB here on anything discussed, all they do is reply stating they got the email etc. Best is emailing cb support asking these questions & waiting on a reply back.
