Hello!
Could anybody help me with my question please. I’m new in this field and wanted to start chaturbate streaming but I was banned right after registration as a broadcaster.
I send an email to support but there is no answer from 16 September.. I don’t know why it happened 🥲

My user name there is your_tender_muse.
I had an email auto reply but there was no more emails after that for few days
@punker barbie could you please help with this situation 🙏🙏🙏 I just started and I didn’t violate any rules

Hi! Thank you so much for your help. I have only this response from chaturbate:
“This is an automated response confirming we’ve received your email. A customer service specialist will be in touch soon. Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response.

For added security, we noticed Two-Step Verification isn’t enabled on your account. We highly recommend enabling it here: https://chaturbate.com/security/. “

There is no more emails in spam or anywhere else. My account is still banned and I don’t understand what to do. I haven’t violated any rules. I just uploaded my documents. And I can prove that it’s mine.

Please help 🙏🙏🙏🙏 @punker barbie

I don't know a list of their banned countries, but since you mentioned it it seems like a strong possibility.

CB website doesn't have any information about banned countries. I don't have that information either. I know a lot of models who use VPNs and models from my countries. They haven't had any problems. I'm wondering why support is taking so long to respond 😢😢😢

Turkey is probably the baddie in this scenario. Might be a blessing in disguise. Perhaps apply.on other sites with your Russian info?

I assume you uploaded the Turkey documents first? There are many Russian models on CB.

Yes, thank you, I tried sc and sm and my russian documents were approved. Because of long time there was no answer from cb support, I tried to make another account on cb with my Russian passport and different email but it was banned immediately too.

Glad your documents were accepted at SM and SC. CB bans the person, not the account, so as soon as your name came up, it was banned on the Russian documents. Because you submitted the Turkish documents first,.it's unlikely they will restore either account. Good luck on SM/SC!

I still haven't lost hope that CB support will respond. It's incredibly unfair to be banned for incorrect documents, especially when there's no information available. Moreover, I can provide them with all my documents confirming my address and identity for evaluation.

I saw, but it’s not possible. I decided to try camming in the end of this August, read websites, forums and applied only at 16 of September.

я have a neighbour, but he is a viewer, he has never tried to stream)

But if there a chance that somebody tried to use my documents, will it be possible to unban my account and prove that it’s mine? If only support team would answer me 😢

dear @punker barbie im sorry for bothering you again. But could you please help me to find out what is going on? I couldn’t receive a ticket 3 February because I’ve never been registered at cb before. I didn’t even think about camming in the beginning of this year. I send email to support again but received only automatic message that somebody will reach me soon. I really have never violated cb rules and can provide all my documents and photos

Support confirmed they previously provided you with a detailed response. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist further.

@punker barbie Сould You please tell me what email address was used for answering “me”?

Because I’ve never got any “detailed” response from support. First time I asked about support at 16 September. If someone used my documents I need to know that.
