Banned sadly :(

Hello all,

I am very sad to say that i have been banned on 2 accounts for almost a month now. For context i dont believe i received any ticket number from chaturbate support

The first account is under username iluvthighss. And it tells me that i was banned for underage participation which is confusing to me since i am by no means under 18. The only thing I could think of is from what i may have commented in chat. If that is the case I deeply apologize and will learn from that. I really enjoy using chaturbate and talking to the models there.

The second account was under iluvthighsss. And was banned right as i bought tokens hoping to interact with models since the previous account got banned. I assume because i put the same email in the billing information, which makes sense to prevent people who have been banned previously to just keep making new accounts. At the very least i hope that i can be refunded for my token purchase. But i would really appreciate the uplifting of my ban if possible as there have been some really nice models that i talk to even just about causual things . Any assistance would be greatly appreciate and thank you for reading this long message.

Hi iluvthighss.

It is forbidden to talk about minors in any context, no matter if it's non-sexual. The same goes for talking about yourself or the model during the time you or they were minors. Even "jokes" about the subject can warrant a ban. For example, if you stated at any time that you were under 18, you'll be banned and the ban would likely stand. Does any of the latter ring a bell?

If you feel it's a misunderstanding, try contacting support. It is not clear if you've contacted support already or not, but they're the only ones who can review your case and lift the ban if that's a possibility.

Any new accounts you make will be banned too, tokens or not, as the ban follows you as a person. And that is in itself a violation of the rules, trying to circumvent a ban.

Due to the nature of the subject, it's unlikely you'd be getting any refund if your ban stands.

CB is very serious about this (very very serious...) and will issue permanent bans to whoever talks about it in a sexual way or gives even the slightest hint that they are a minor using the platform.

Just to clarify, I'm just a user on this forum. I don't know you and I don't know what caused your ban, so I'm not judging, just trying to offer some insight.

If your ban stands and you really appreciate the models, I'd like to ask you to please refrain from contacting them on the platform again as that could possibly compromise them. When the system finds out it is you, it can place a temporary block or ban on every model that you interact with until a moderator manually reviews it.
