Hello. I know a model that is upset right now and doesn't know what to do. I believe she has fallen victim to users committing fraud and she is the one getting in trouble for it. Her account was banned and the reason was for fraudulent activities, but she hasn't done anything besides appreciate people tipping her. It seems to be right after two new users were in her room and tipped her pretty well. Since I know @xChloe & @Charlie_SC are good at helping out, is there any sort of assistance that can be made here?

Seems unlikely that they will be able to discuss the details of a performer's account with anyone except that performer. She needs to contact them herself.

It doesn't seem like that is the case here. She is being ignored/punished for users that have done wrong. This is something I would expect from Bongacams, but not stripchat. At this rate, any model that isn't super popular can have fraudulent users come tip and the model will be the one that gets banned. She has a feeling it is something with the studio she left since they weren't paying her and talking about sketchy things. After the random crazy tips on stripchat, a user joined her on her chaturbate and started tipping a lot. They didn't ban her on there, just took the fraudulent tokens and banned the user. This isn't the first time I have seen something like this happen, but a model should not be punished for something low lives decide to do. She is really confused and wants to know why support is punishing her for something she has no idea about.

Again, I reiterate that we only suspend models when we have evidence at hand.

Sorry, didn't mean to get heated. I absolutely understand that you can't discuss anything with me. I am just explaining what is going on. I will make sure to tell her to email you directly and have her explain the situation.
