Hi my account was banned they said I had a person broadcast on my account may 5th of this year when that is impossible I had not logged into chaturbate for months and months, also told me to remove a guest on my account, so I attempted to do so including emailing support to tell them to do it and nothing happened on their end. Now I have made another new account under my username BWCsouthy, (original account was mrsinister12) and the issue residing on my individual name is that I am ineligible even though my age verification just went through successfully. What am I even supposed to do at this point. This is after almost exactly a year ago me and a partner tried to live stream and had both of our ID's verified, signed agreements, and then were disabled from broadcasting after our age verification was accepted it just flipped to denied out of no where. Nothing is making sense on this site and all I'm trying to do is do the right thing. Ridiculous.

they responded but they keep failing to understand that I really just need the other person removed from my account that they keep saying needs to verify themselves

They did not solve anything. There is a singular individual that needs to be removed from my account, and in addition to that I myself need to be made eligible to broadcast. If the only reason is because someone broadcasted on may 5 of last year as they corrected themselves on the date, then are they just going to permaban me or can I ever become eligible again. Because it seems as though they couldn't care less about actually having a human being look at this issue and I keep getting dumb ai response emails with zero useful information.

PLS help me this is so depressing to deal with.. idk what else I can do I screenshotted my age verification page and emailed the support email, and showed them that all it was, was me being ineligible and that my age verification is fine, other than my other account *possibly* needing initial APM removed from it but that barely matters if my new account lets me broadcast and I just leave my old account with those initials inactive.

It seems like they want you to age verify the other person that used to broadcast with you, so you can prove they are of age. If you do that, they will unban you. Then you can remove the person from your account.

They just want to be sure that the person who appeared on your stream is over 18 years old. Until you agree to provide that info, they won't unlock the account.
