Nope. They're giving the guys something to aim at.

The same was noticed when they painted (or attached fake) dead flies inside the urinals. Men concentrate so hard on trying to pee the things off that they actually aim better, causing less spillage on the floor. Otherwise they go all Luke Skypee-r and start waving it around as if they're in a lightsabre battle, pissing all over the place.

My initial thought was that they're be trashed very quickly (the games) but the article indicates trials show otherwise

I'm just tired of yelling at roomie to clean the bathroom after he goes every day. Lol. If it was made into a game he wouldn't be so lazy about it.
