I've seen some fantastic covers of Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" the best being Mitchell Brunings (he was a contestant on The Voice of Holland- seen the viral vid on Facebook God knows how many times), and John Legend and Rihanna each do good covers of the song, too.

Then there's this guy (Marc Martel) covering "Somebody to Love", and it's scary how much his voice sounds like the real deal:
