Bonga payment delay

Always the same sad storry. I am waiting since 4th april.
Payout method was Visa but the could not send it and the could not tell me whats wrong.
Then I changed to Paxum and now the claim that it was payed out, which is a lie, because it is still pending or declined.
This side is not serious. Be carfull with Bonga.



And enldess sensless chats with support.

I don't really know how else people may interpret what "Declined" with a payment is
It is just a record showing you tried to request a payout and it failed. End of story, nothing was put to wait. Money didn't go anywhere apart from back to your balance
