Broadcast quality

Hello! I encountered a problem that chaturbate does not give me quality in broadcasts above 720, the support says that they themselves decide who to give what quality... I thought that everyone had the same conditions on the site..
My camera supports 1080 or more resolution. Maybe something can be done?

I heard that you need have minimum 100 k followers to get 4k, but i didnt know that are also limits to 1080p

only for 1080p 60fps, its the same requirement as 4k i think.
op's issue sounds like a settings issue
