Can't verify couples account

Hi, our username is curvyk9 we are trying to get verified but it keeps saying: . ID is not valid. Reason: This person is already age verified on your account. If you are replacing an existing ID, please contact support.

We get the same message when submitting ID / pic for both people. So it looks like we are verified but we are still unable to receive tokens. Emailed support a few hours ago to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

If I recall, you just give it a day or two. Because I think this is the whackadoo way that CB holds you in limbo while your verification is finalized.
