Hi there @punker barbie! I'm reaching out because I really need help, I think CB thinks I'm a bot or something due to too many requests as I was recently banned with no reason given. About a week ago I had signed up for CB and completed the age verification process to become a model, I then realized I put the wrong name for my username and had to create a new account, then when I tried to log back in it said password incorrect even though I had used the suggested strong password and saved it, when I tried to reset my password no matter what I did no email would send so I created yet another account with the same email. When I went to age verify it, as it was processing my account and all other accounts were banned. I tried reviewing the terms and conditions but I'm still unsure what rule I've broken. I haven't ever gone live as I had planned for my first stream to be tonight, I just lost my previous source of income and I really need my account back to start making money. I've already contacted support but this is urgent and I really need help, thank you so much.
