as a last resort i was advised to turn to this forum for my problem with my profile. My last try was calling the support number but i couldn't find any which is working from my region. A couple of years ago the support was working fine on email and even the number was working.
Now it feels like it is non existent despite the automatic reply system.
Anyway my CB name is Spartasticus. My account is not banned but kind of restricted. I can login and purchase token but when i want to tip it says " Unable to send token contact support".
I'm waiting for at least 2 months now for a reply. I also can broadcast and receive token myself but can't spend any. Weird situation. I think there was a problem with Paypal after buying tokens which could be the problem.
So on my account it might be that 100 of my tokens are not legit or something i really don't know.
