Hello again @Punkerbarbie & @AmberCutie. I was just able to transfer token that were previously paused due to "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues". Immediately finally being able to transfer tokens today (which was totally random), I received an email stating my account was permanently banned for "Creating or displaying messages or images that appear to misrepresent token activity is not permitted."
I was recently scammed by someone saying I need to create a new account to link to my current account to receive additional "prizes" like $135 etc. I created the account (sappyblondexd) but never linked it to my main page. I didn't earn tokens on that page or participate in any broadcasts. I was following the scammer's instructions because they seemed legit (email was chaterbuatesupport@gmail.com with the CB log) and I soon realized he was scamming me so I emailed support stating I had been scammed and what happened. Soon after submitting that to the actual Chaturbate support, my tokens became locked, I'm assuming it was do to the "thorough review" on my second account. as the email also stated "sappyblonde, is linked to a previous account, sappyblondexo, with an outstanding violation". I did not use the newly created page for anything, including broadcasts or chats. My actual account (sappyblonde) must have been linked to the newly created account when I made it. I never even had access to the second page because I couldn't login to it right away or later on at all.
I have submitted a request to Chaturbate to see if I can get my account reinstated. This scammer was really good at what he was doing.
Is there anything I can do to get my account back?
