@punker barbie hello. My CB account 'tinc' was banned on Saturday, Oct 18, for 'violation of terms of services'. I've contacted CB Support through the support form that same day, but didn't get any responce yet. I have found that you are the one who could help to clarify the status of the request to the support.
Will be very greatfull if you'll be able to help with removing the ban or understanding how long it may take to hear from the support.
To add some details, I'm absolutely confident that I didn't commit the actions I am being accused of, and believe this may be a misunderstanding. At the same time I fully understand the importance of following the platform rules.
I've had this account for about 12 years and I wouldn't want to loose it at all.
