Why would CB show the dropped FPS but OBS does not show any of the droped FPS? CB goes in the red warning saying you have to be at 3000 biterate and OBS still good.why all this happing?

Network issue between OBS and CB likely caused significant delay in the arrival of the frames and caused the FPS issues.
Glad I'm not the only person. Since the day before yesterday, it has been giving a sudden drop in fps and bitrate. It turns red and is very irritating. It's only happening on CB.
