CB is ignoring my messages.

Hello, I've contacted CB regarding my refund request and they said I'll have to wait 72 hours for an answer.
8 days passed since their last response and since then they don't answer my emails.
In short, I got scammed by a model, I paid but she never delivered what she promised and right after I sent tokens she kicked me out of her room without even saying one word.
@punker barbie Please let me know what's going on with this ticket number "17210506 "?
because if I'll get ignored more than this I'll have to make different decisions.

Heads up, if you do a bank refund, cb might end up banning your account because then it appears fraudulent.

@punker barbie Thanks. They handled this matter quite well but their answer was surprising. There was something on Cb's answer I'll talk about this later, I'm waiting for an answer.
