I’ve been streaming for about a month now, and since my 2nd or 3rd stream, I reached out to CB with some concerns about people attacking my stream and a few other things. I initially sent a request through the support page, then followed up by email with screenshots and details, but I never got a reply
Since then, I’ve sent multiple other requests but still no response, complete silence. I even changed the email on my account and submitted a new request asking “how do I change my password” just to test if the email was the problem. They replied after about two days about my password change inquiry, but then I followed up on the same thread, explaining the original issue again and sending screenshots, but it’s been more than 7 days now and no reply.
It’s been over 25 days since my first request, and they’ve just ignored my emails.
