CB SUPPORT NO RESPONSE OR WEEKS TO RESPOND

Ongoing issue with CB support taking forever to answer important emails or not responding at all.

Like how many support staff does CB have? I am still waiting on responses from issues I sent a week ago! This is not acceptable.

If CB can’t handle the support tickets from its models within 48 hours perhaps you need to hire more support staff, or put a limit on how many models you allow on the site!

I deleted the other ones from my email because to much time had past without a resposne(an entire week)

Is there a severe shortage of support staff? Because it should not take weeks to get a simple reply to an issue?

Still no response from CB support and it’s now been over a week.
It should NOT take that long for a response.
