Chaturbate account banned after stupid mistake

Hello I've just been banned from CB for the first time ever after a stupid mistake.
So...I was in a room with a model I'm a regular to (I don't know if that's the correct term).
We were joking with other users and I asked her how much tokens it takes to say a stupid compliment about myself (she's a dom).
She usually says some stupid amount that is impossible to reach and people laugh.
This time as a joke I wrote "[my username] tipped 10000000000 tokens", the message was blocked by ChaturSafe and that was it.
I told her, the room laughed, everything was fine.
I tipped till the end of the show I usually.

After logging out, a few hours later I tried to reloging and then Boom; got the message that my account was banned (I could still see the tokens I had in there).
And the reason was faking a tip or something like that.

I sent them a mail to explain the situation and told them I hope they can verify the chat logs (since it would be obvious that it wasn't a scam attempt etc).

So I sent the message, but I don't know if I definitely screwed up and my account is banned forever or if they might understand that it was just a stupid mistake.

Just realized that my pvts sessions or also locked in there, maybe lost forever.
After sending the message i remembered I had made an account here in case a situation like this might happen someday.

So I wanted to ask, how long can it take to unbanned my account, or is it a lost cause ?
Or the pvts and tokens lost forever ?
I'm panicking a little lol.

Yeah, that was a stupid thing to joke about. They probably banned you because they/AI assumed you’re a member trying to scam a model with a fake tip (making a post claiming you’ve tipped ___ tokens, to try to trick a model into giving you something for free). Yes, there are actually guys out there who try this stunt.

You explained your side of the situation very clearly. Now it's up to CB Support to review your request. @punker barbie might be able to confirm Support has your request for consideration.

You might have to wait for a reply and definitely do not attempt to open a new account as long as your previous account is banned.

An AI ? Ah that makes sense.

WoW that was quick .
I received a mail saying they removed the violation and suspension, so everything is back to normal.

I'll read the Rules again before getting back to the site tho lol.
