Hello, It has been about a month since I submitted a request regarding my account, and I wanted to follow up.
I’ve had my account for quite some time and am honestly unsure what I may have done wrong.
I was hoping to see if there is any way to appeal my account status, or at least receive clarification on why my account was banned. I would really appreciate any information or guidance you can provide my username is Allimgoodfor69

hi, was your case reviewed and were you informed of a permanent ban before this last message you sent a month ago?
No I just logged on one day saw I was banned and sent a message through support a month ago just to see if there’s anything I could do or see why I got banned. I sent another one the other day, no reply on anything.

I haven’t received any messages from chaturbate except the confirmation that my claim was submitted through support. No emails nothing. Also the email associated with my account is the Hotmail. When I submitted a request a few days ago I put in another email because I was thinking maybe they couldn’t get in touch with me through that email.. I don’t know it had been a month.
