Chaturbate Account Banned No Response from CB Support

My Chaturbate Account FitAlchemy was banned along with my costars accounts: Roxy27026, Farrahs_Playroom. Due to misscommunication and being CB novices, we made a few mistakes on our last stream and we are all eager to speak to CB support ASAP. Its been nearly two weeks and none of us have received any response from our CB support tickets yet. Thank you for your time and consideration.

It's not typical that Chaturbate support reps will engage in any meaningful conversations with anyone. However, there's plenty of experienced models here that might be able to help guide you to a resolution if you share more details about your situation.

Long story short, my partner and I were on our fourth stream and invited our female neighbor to join us on stream. After the stream while I was asleep my partner got paranoid about some of the comments she read during our stream and thought someone might have hacked our account. So she sent all of our accounts tokens to our neighbors brand new account. Upon my arrival to work the following day (without speaking to my partner who was still asleep) I noticed I could not log into my account -My partner changed the password as well - I emailed chaturbate that someone had accessed my account without my permission and locked me out. A few hours later all of our respective accounts were banned. My account which we streamed from, my partners account and our neighbors account which currently holds the 40700 tokens we earned on my account. Is there anyway I can liquidate those tokens to my bank? I don’t know what my partner did when she changed the password to my account because we cant even login to that account now. A few days after this occurred CB contacted me via my personal email address which was never associated with CB and asked for my W9. I want to use my LLC and asked for a 1099 but after a week and no response I submitted my w9 and it’s been a week since then. We only had our CB account active for one week.
