I just received word back from CB. I the male account holder was the only party permanently banned from CB, here is their response: “ recently we were alerted that the independent broadcasters on account … may be engaging in conduct in serious violation of chaturbate terms, including abusive conduct. The chaturbate terms are very clear with respect to abusive conduct and discussions, and that all prohibited activity is also prohibited by way of role-play. after reviewing this matter, the account was terminated and the independent broadcaster “ME” was permanently banned from the chaturbate platform. The tokens in the account at the time of termination have been issued in a final payment. Any account associated in the violation of this permanent ban will be subject to termination without warning and all associated amounts deemed forfeit.” -Received one week ago .
My partner and costars received their CB email responses today stating: “ recently, we were alerted that the independent broadcasters on account… May be engaging in conduct in serious violation of CB terms, including abusive conduct. All involved individuals were suspended pending review. After reviewing this matter the independent broadcasters “ME” was permanently banned from the chaturbate platform. In order to have your suspension lifted, please respond to this email confirming this permanent band is understood and any account accessed by currently banned individual will be subject to termination without warning and all amounts associated with such account deemed forfeit.
I’m speechless right now. I just reviewed all my streams and these claims are not substantiated by the video evidence... Is there any sort of appeal process? My two costars just had their bans lifted today … my account was banned a day after our last stream on my account, after I contacted CB support stating my account was hacked and all my tokens were gone. Lo and behold it was my costars who liquidated my token balance shortly after our stream…
The timing of my ban seems fishy to me (a day after a stream where I the solo male account holder was assisting two female models during their show to help them stay on top of tips and requests, – which they desperately needed – I was hardly on screen and was never physically or verbally abusive- My girlfriend and I do engage in consensual rough play (I.E. light choking and face slapping) which makes up a lot of the content we sell. I didn’t read anywhere that that was a violation of the terms on CB.
I’m curious if CB claims don’t match the video footage, what is the real reason behind my permanent ban, I know it’s a private site and they can do whatever they want. I just wanna know why I was actually banned? Could my account have been flagged for a low satisfaction rating? -couldn’t get hard my first two streams with 5k people watching
- Can an upset/threatened creator/user report us out of spite? Does CB need proof or do they accept hearsay as fact?
My partner and I were the #1 couple worldwide for 4out of the 8 hours we streamed. Top 3 every hour we streamed, streamed a total of 8 hours our first week and had over 50k followers. Seems like a wasted opportunity for all parties involved in my opinion.
We Tried Stripchat a few days ago, we maxed out at 100 people in our show compared to 6k on CB. Trying to get streammate to accept my LLC but they want a utility bill in the LLCs name… do any cam girls/guys have their utility bills in their LLCs name.
any solutions for a couple looking to stream together again? If not what are the best sites for my female partner to stream alone? CB, Streammate(Jerkmate), liveJasmin, MFC, bongacams, Myfreecam, should we go live on Onlyfans (both have accounts)
