My chaturbate account, osyndicate, was banned back in late april/early may. The ban occurred when I uploaded an image of my passport for age verification so that I could broadcast. Before this time, I had already completed age verification with my legal US Driver's license. Before the "broadcaster" verification, I had absolutely no issues.
Since then, I have been in contact with the support team. I understand that responses from them are slow due to what I can only imagine is insanely high volume of tickets, afterall Chaturbate is a massive site. That said, I feel that I've hit a brick wall with my communications with the team.
In an email, they told me that upon investigation, my chaturbate account was created before I was 18, but I simply cannot believe this to be true. I turned 18 April 10th, 2014, and I have no memory of being a CB user until at least 2016. As I told them, if what they say is true, than I'm a complete idiot and do deserve the ban. Even if it took over 12 years to come down on me.
I just plead to have the dates checked again, I have thoroughly enjoyed this platform and I would truly love to continue supporting it and the creators here in the future.
