This is the most confusing way I have ever seen to word a name change request, you just email from the email address associated to your master account kingdomgilrs and you say something like:

Hi this is studio kingdomgilrs i'd like to do the following name changes to my sub accounts:​

Oldname1 --> NewName1​

Oldname2 --> NewName2​

Does that make sense? they will typically request that you prove your identity and once you submit that verification it may take them a few days to do it.

You are absolutely right, it was a spelling mistake on the part of our team.

We would like to know when we can identify that the account has already been changed with the name changed correctly and annex we would also like to know if we log in with the usual password but with the new name which would be BroFriends

I just changed my name a few days ago. It took less than 24 hours (and 2 email exchanges) and my new name was active. But considering it is the weekend now, it may take longer.

Once it's changed, your old login won't work. You need to sign in with the new name.
