Hello, my Chaturbate account: mistressmandi36 was suspended I think on June 7, 2026 for violating a community guide line during a private show. They told me that the reason for my suspension was "sounding" was not allowed on the site, and I was definitely "sounding" on their platform. I didn't know that it was not allowed because I didn't see it when I read their terms and conditions when I registered. I made a mistake, but I really didn't know that what I was doing was not allowed. I have complete access to my account, and the only thing that I am not able to do is live stream my cam. Unfortunately, that is one of my favorite features on this platform.
I read that a suspension is typically 3-14 days depending on how severe the violation, and it's been 45 days as of today. Is there any way that I can find out how much longer my suspension will last? I apologize for not attaching the ticket number, but I could not find it. Any help that you can provide will be very much appreciated.
