I'm wondering if anyone has experience getting a Chaturbate ban reviewed, particularly when support is taking a while to respond.
My broadcaster account, Beardeddaddy2024, was banned with a notice citing the guideline about discussing illegal and unsafe actions. I don't believe I engaged in the prohibited conduct described, but I haven't been told which specific broadcast or interaction triggered the decision.
I submitted an appeal and received confirmation that it was received, but I'm still waiting for an actual response.
I have approximately 60,000 broadcaster-earned tokens in the account, and my goal is to have the ban reviewed and hopefully regain access so I can continue broadcasting—not to cash out and leave.
I've seen posts where a Chaturbate representative followed up with users publicly after they raised concerns about unanswered tickets. Has anyone had experience with this, or found an appropriate way to request a review?
