I have had a long-term misunderstanding with the support service regarding bitcoin payments
I am the owner of the studio, but I have a personal account, since I work with my models on the most comfortable terms for them.
Anyway, I withdraw quite large sums every day. And every day I receive a payment less than stated according to the rules of the site, and also less than what is indicated in the letter about the sent payment.
I have tried to contact support several times to get an explanation of the criteria for payment, but I have only been able to get direct answers to three questions
1) we deduct the site's commission (I know, and the letter to the mail already deducts the commission from the total amount, but I get even less)
2) we fix the bitcoin at the time of sending (yes, this is great, because some time ago this was not the case)
3) you must be prepared for exchange rate fluctuations (I am very prepared for them, but the difference does not correspond to exchange rate fluctuations)
several times I asked at what rate the bitcoin was bought for payment to me - I did not receive an answer
several times I sent a request for an explanation of the difference - but I am ignored
today I received a payment of $ 1204 less than indicated in the letter .
and today the rules are such that I should have paid a fixed commission of $45
the letter about sending arrived at 19:10 my time, I recorded it in usdt at 20:25
from 19:10 to 20:25 the bitcoin rate only grew in relation to usdt, then how did I get $1204 less?

if you do not understand this issue, please, direct me to the person who can really explain everything to me correctly.

I think there are not many people for whom the underpayment of $1204 will be a trifle.

I have been trying to get adequate explanations from support for two years now and today they have crossed the limit of my patience.

I can also provide all evidence of what payments actually came, as well as evidence of my requests to support on this issue
I really hope for your answer, this kind of attitude makes me despair and makes me feel negative towards the site as a whole, because I feel cruelly deceived and literally robbed, since I don’t get an explanation for what is happening

I got an answer from support, but I asked other questions in the same mail line, but they stopped to answer me and ignoring again.
the information they provided is not true.in particular, the rate they call the rate for buying bitcoin to form the payment. there was no such rate on any exchange (I checked bybit, coinbase, kraken, binance, htx, mexc)I am absolutely sure that the rate they named for buying bitcoin did not exist on any exchange, so I asked for 1) an indication of which exchange they can confirm the rate they indicated
2) documents confirming the purchase of bitcoin at the...

Yes they are answered
Aaaaaand in usdt payments we found mistakes
A lot
From 28 days I got usdt payments, mistakes was in EVERY day
And, first time, before my mails here and to support, mistakes was for 150-200-300$
It was every day!
Just count how much took chaturbate from me per years
Now they don’t want to recount btc payments and give me their provider contact, to ask them about btc rates
But I don’t have any agreement With cb provider. I have agreement only with cb. And only cb have to prove me that btc rate was correct.
So I have prepared a complaint to the California court
If their low department wants to contact with me I will be happy, but if their support don’t want to give me cb law department contact -never mind, I will contact them through court anyway

Support is again doing some kind of nonsense.
First, a model was attached to me, although I did not request any attachment.

The model, by mistake, wrote an email to Chaturbate, which should have been addressed to Stripchat; however, on Stripchat confirmation from my side is required that I am really ready to work with this model as a studio.

Chaturbate, however, did not notify me in any way, they simply attached the model based on one email, without asking my opinion in any way.

In the statistics, the model was not displayed, I could not view transfers from her in any way, about which a video was sent to support.

That is, if we believe support, then tomorrow I can write an email saying that I want to attach half of Chaturbate accounts to my studio and take their money, because Chaturbate will not ask their opinion. Did I understand correctly?

Further, while I was dealing with this problem, tokens were deducted from my account, in an amount approximately similar to this model’s earnings.

However, waking up in the morning, I saw that tokens were deducted from another model, who either got involved with a fraudulent member or committed fraud herself. I have nothing against banning such models.

However!

The amount of fraudulent tokens specified in the email from Chaturbate is 14,890.

From me, first 14,980 were deducted, then 90 were returned, then 19,934 were deducted, then 14,890 were returned.

The question is: where are the remaining tokens and why does the amount in the email differ from what was actually deducted from my account?

But that is not all.

I wanted to deal with this the next day, however now I cannot withdraw funds in any way. That is, not only did Chaturbate deduct some additional funds from me without explanation of the reasons, but also tries to paralyze my work by not allowing me to work with tokens.

When will the issue with the attached model be resolved? No, I do not work with models using the attachment method, they are free to leave my studio at any moment without risks of losing the account, this is my principle, however I want to see statistics in order to understand for what amount to pay her salary, for the tokens which were automatically transferred to me, and detach her, which I now cannot do

Even following all instructions, I simply do not have this function on my account.

When will I have the possibility to work with tokens again, why at this moment is withdrawal blocked for me, if in fact I owe nothing?

When will the tokens that are not indicated as fraudulent, but were deducted from my account without explanations, be returned?

Tell me please, if I have to remind my nickname on cb, coz as always I don’t have any ticket number

Support still answer nothing
On my account blocked more then 2,5 million tokens
Was deducted 11115 tokens more, but no one word what the tokens or model it was
Every evening I asking support if have any fraud tokens on my account, working with models to explain them cb rules, but still can’t get my payment from cb or any explanation what for tokens was deducted and why sale tokens still blocked on account and I can’t withdraw them
