Chaturbate model streaming from public place

I just watch a model on chaturbate streaming from something that looks like an erotic fair, which seems to be a public event. A lot of visitors are clearly seen. I thought that something like that is againt the TOS of chaturbate? Since some models complained about getting banned if a not registered person was on the cam, I wonder how that can work?

The chat has over 6.000 guests, so I assume, that the chaturbate inspectors also see it. Or is there no live control on this platform?

I assumed that the token sites allowed their models to stream at adult conventions since everyone that enters one accepts some kind of policy that they know they can be filmed, etc. (And that everyone inside is verified as an adult to enter.)

It's a huge thing on MyFreeCams, lots of models to go the expo and stream from the MFC booth. Maybe less popular on CB since MFC is the one who sponsors so many of the adult expos

Yeah there is a convention right now, can't remember the name for the one happening but i saw multiple models yesterday at it.
I know at these conventions, for CB at least, you aren't allowed any hardcore things, I think you also need to keep nipples covered, right?
