I am writing in the hope that I can get some assistance on this forum.
Studio usernames: nafart007 and Darvinst
Two of our studio accounts were banned after we changed the studio's owner. Specifically, we removed the documentation associated with the previous owner, and the new owner successfully completed the verification process.
This action was not taken with the intention of selling the studio or for any similar purpose. We simply used this method to designate a new responsible party—someone who would be consistently available and reachable.
Shortly after taking these steps, we discovered that our studio accounts had been banned.
It is possible that an automated security lock was triggered.
I reached out to customer support to explain the situation, but I have not received a response for over three weeks now. Meanwhile, our models continue to work, and we continue to pay their wages—all while our studio accounts remain banned.
We are completely at a loss as to what to do next.
