Hello, I streamed with my friend sometimes. But she also streamed separately. Three days ago, she was blocked. And now there is a warning on my account that I do not meet the requirements for streaming
The user does not meet the requirements.

I wrote to support about five days ago, but no one has responded yet.

At the beginning of the month, my friend and I were hacked. I immediately contacted support because I didn't understand what was happening. My Windows and all my emails were also hacked. The attackers gained access to my documents and a very important file. I wrote to your support several times, but no one responded. I really want to sort this all out and get my account back.

I dug through everything and I didn’t find anything. The thing is that our mails were also hacked. And if they sent replies to my old mails, I can’t access them. I wrote to them from a new mail.
Ok, so you should contact support again and tell them just that, you have a ticket number, you have lost control of the associated email account and you are able to provide any documentation or form of identification they need in order to verify your identity.

I'm sorry you had to go through a situation like that, i can only imagine. It's been a month so hopefully you've already taken measures to secure yourself again. Regardless of what's going on on CB, you should try to regain control of that email and all other accounts you lost. If the email was with a big one like google, and even if not, there's a good chance you can get it back, any AI can help you with the process.

Yes, this has been going on for a month, I couldn't get through to my email yesterday, they tried to block me on other sites, but everything is fine there, for some reason I think the CB they won't unblock me ....

One thing i can think of is that the ban might not be related to the hacking. If they already reviewed your case and issued you with a permanent ban, they might not even answer you anymore as the case would be closed for them. So either you wait for support to answer you back or regain control of the hacked email and see what they said for yourself.

By the way, what email provider were you using for the account that got hacked?
