Hi, your email inbox is the only place where you can find support's answer, check your spam folder too. Now, if you are sure you didn't receive an answer, contact them again, let them know and provide your ticket number.

Ok, so you should contact support again and tell them just that, you have a ticket number, you have lost control of the associated email account and you are able to provide any documentation or form of identification they need in order to verify your identity.

I'm sorry you had to go through a situation like that, i can only imagine. It's been a month so hopefully you've already taken measures to secure yourself again. Regardless of what's going on on CB, you should try to regain control of that email and all other accounts you lost. If the email was with a big one like google, and even if not, there's a good chance you can get it back, any AI can help you with the process.

Yes, this has been going on for a month, I couldn't get through to my email yesterday, they tried to block me on other sites, but everything is fine there, for some reason I think the CB they won't unblock me ....

So either you wait for support to answer you back or regain control of the hacked email and see what they said for yourself.
