Checking up on report regarding harasser/stalker.

I was wondering if you could please look into the status of a ticket I submitted 11 days ago ( #21518143). I got an automatic response that the ticket was received, and a survey 8 days later asking for feedback on how well I thought support did - but haven't gotten an actual response from a representative. I'm not looking for any details on it - just maybe a confirmation that support are investigating it or something.

The model the person is harassing hasn't been online in 7 days so she's safe in that regard for now, but based how this individual speaks - it's apparent he has no plans on stopping if she was to return, and additionally could pose a risk to other models in future.

If you are not the model being harassed no one is going to tell you anything about the case. She has to follow up with Support. You can enter chaturbate.com/username to see if the stalker's profile has been banned.
