I have sent a message to Chaturbate Support on September 7 at 17:13 (UTC+3) Time from my new account moni_youthfulll, but I have not received any response yet — except for the automatic ticket confirmation. It has now been 8 calendar days and I’m worried my request has been overlooked.

Can I please ask Punker Barbie to help me by confirming that support has received my request and also let me know what my ticket number is.
