Hi, I requested a CosmoPayment payout on 10 Oct and still haven’t received the “payment sent” email as of 15 Oct. I already filled out the new payout form and contacted support via email/ticket with no reply.

Like you said, imagine how many people are writing to support but are NOT posting here.
I bet support has a crazy backlog of emails. Which would perfectly explain why it's taking them so long to respond.

Anyway, I received my payout from Oct 9th early this morning. For the record, I am in NA using the ACH payout method.

Interestingly, I still have not received the "We sent your payout" email yet. That's never happened before so they might be having issues with their mail delivery system too, it would seem.

Monday was a Bank Holiday and if you didn't cash out before a...
