Crypto deposit issues with chaturbate

Hello,

I recently made a crypto deposit on Chaturbate and received my confirmation from my wallet stating the funds were sent and it shows on chaturbate’s side that the funds were accepted. I have reached out to chaturbate with an email and am hoping to hear from them soon. Has anybody else encountered this issue?

I checked my invoice status and it now shows the transaction expired long after I had already sent the funds. Any help would be appreciated
