Cum save?

I just started camming a couple weeks ago and love it so far. I've been checking out other models a lot to get ideas and reading on here,. I've noticed "cum save' on some girls' tip menus and even after searching on here I couldn't quite figure out what it is. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've had to google lots of things on people's tip lists actually haha.. I thought I knew stuff but apparently not!

I bet those menus have an option "cum deny" too. With a deny you're not supposed to have an orgasm for a certain amount of time and the save negates that.
