I have a couple of resolutions. Nothing really high-stakes, because that's no fun.
I want to focus on creating more interesting and tighter compositions in my drawings, do more "finished" work. And I want to see if I can start to actually utilize social media (focus on Bluesky and Reddit) to get eyes on my artwork, and help incentivize working on projects that take substantial investments in time and effort.

Happy New Year everyone. I don't usually make resolutions, but I have a couple of health related goals this year that I hope to achieve. Also to go out and take more photos this year, and not start as many hobbies because I never keep going!
I’m thinking of switching vpn providers but I need something affordable that won’t screw up my stream. I’m on streamate and mfc. My current one is about to expire but their price went way up. Any ideas?
What are you using currently? I'm with Private Internet Access and they are reasonably priced, has a lot of servers, and doesn't log. I'm not a heavy user of VPN though, so your mileage may vary.

Hugs. I got one this Friday, not much bothers me but something about a dentist's room, I just cannot wait to get out of there.
My dentist is ex-Army, highly efficient but let's just say, time-conscious.
I used to suggest the business motto on the sign out front should be "Drilled, Filled and Billed in under 10 Minutes!"
Dental work and colonoscopies. When they ask me if I have any questions I tell them "No, just a request. Please don't leave me with any stories".
"I love my dentist's chair, we go way back."
I'd have no problem with colonoscopies if they didn't require such lengthy and uncomfortable prep. I don't mind going under anesthesia.
I also wouldn't mind dentist appointments so much if I could just... go under anesthesia.
Twilight anaesthesia and you just don't remember the colonoscopy...

That's 100% it! The prep. The actual procedure is just a short nap, but oh my god, the prep....
Anesthesia for colonoscopies sounds like such a relief, but sadly my country doesn't believe in sedation or pain meds other than tylenol
it's kinda bizarre at times what they'll put you through for certain procedures 
I stayed up all night last night messing around with an AI image generator, and it is honestly the best time I've had in a long time. I just love how the very baseline default position for these images is, "vaguely nightmarish," and it periodically shits itself, and cranks the level up to, "absolutely batshit." I've really been on an erotic horror art kick lately, and AI imagery is an accidental treasure trove of unimaginable wealth. I'll be like, "I want a sexy lady in a short skirt and thigh-highs," and this algorithm will be all, "here's the Cenobite you ordered." LOL. Fucking amazing. 11/10! I'm hooked.

In other news Jesse Jane OD'd sometime this week. She was AMAZING and I had spoken to her a few times when she worked with Playboy Radio. RIP.
Oh holy fuck, no! She was so fucking cool. I actually found myself loving the non-porn stuff she'd appear in. I actually became a fan because she'd show up periodically on Art Mann Presents. She was delightful every time. That honestly bums me out.

Jesse and her boyfriend were found deceased after a welfare check was made on behalf of the boyfriend via his boss. Of course everyone wants to point the finger at porn, but a lot of people do drugs. Including the clergy.

I'm glad they have a 'grannies' category on the clip sites, because it just so happens that I'm going to be dressing like an old lady for work on Wednesday (Something fun we're doing)...and it's gonna be HILARIOUS. 
It'd be a missed opportunity if I didn't make a 'dancing grandma' video for the clip sites. I have the gray haired wig, pearl necklace, glasses with chain, old lady dress, white compression socks, and cane. Good 'ole thrift store + Amazon! I'll probably jump on cam too sometime this week...for the first time in a long time.

The socks come all the way up to a few inches above my knees, and they stay up fine. I'll be wearing a long blue floral dress that comes down to my ankles. I got the dress, white compression socks, and cane from the local thrift store. And the gray wig, white pearl necklace, and glasses with chain came as a set from Amazon. So I have everything I need. This is gonna be fun!

Do I reaaallllyyyy neeedd a Steam Deck, when I already have a gaming laptop, only ever use my other portable gaming console (Switch) for flights or when I’m out of town (and even then, I hardly use it), and am trying to work my way through my always growing PS backlog?
