I have a serious question to ask, if I delete my account on mygirlfund, will it also delete any video content and pictures I have on there? Like if I decide to come back, will my videos still be there?

It should delete everything. I had a model friend who went back, and had to start over completely.

Are you a model or a member? Either way, I believe deleting your account deletes all pictures and videos (can confirm it does for models, you can't recover them).

That said, all the videos I sent to members will still remain on their account to be watched. So they won't lose the vids they paid for just because I deleted my account.

I am a model's ex boyfriend and she had deleted her account shortly before we broke up, but she was selling videos of us on there, the members who have those videos are fine, but I am trying to figure out if she's still profiting off of videos with me in it, and I do not want to have to sue her over it.

If she deleted the account, she can't sell them anymore - unless, obviously, she made a new account or was selling them elsewhere!

Plus, if she has those videos on her computer, or a backup, she can sell them either way...just perhaps on another site. Sorry for the bad news. You may be able to do legal action (maybe) if you didn't sign anything. Did you ever give ID or age verification etc?

*Edit I want to add that if she sells it for things like tokens or gold...I doubt you can do much of anything about it sorry.

I never signed anything, but as far as the ID and everything goes, we went through that process, but I know 100% she does not have copies of my ID or a photo of me with my ID.
Not to mention that it was her "old" account that was deleted in which this verification took place, so this new account shouldn't have my details whatsoever.

Is there a way to check and see if she is selling the videos ? I am not sure how mgf works with that, it just says she has no private things.

All I can suggest if search her, and hope she isn't selling it for something like tokens, since there wouldn't be an issue of the site having control of the video. If you can find hard evidence that she's selling it then you might be able to take legal action.

I think MGF doesn't allow for members to see what all they are offering, like how a typical cam site would have a thumbnail of a "video" they can buy, but in her overview it says "Boy/Girl POV $25", and she created this account a couple days ago, so she must still have it somehow, but I don't see a way I can prove it if I can't see it and screenshot it, since it's hidden unless the individual buys it.

Does any model here have any experience with how this works on MGF?

I used to have an account there. If she has a video up...I would get legal advise first. Ask what can be done if it is you. I honestly don't know if you can do anything. If you can sue, then you may have to go as far as I don't know...perhaps recording yourself buying the video, then showing that it's really you (?) I wouldn't buy it till I asked for legal advice first though. Sorry I can't help more. Maybe you could ask MGF if the guy in the video is registered, and that might get it taken down...

Part of the big issue is that I can't see if it's a video of me or not since it's hidden until you actually buy it.

There's no way to get around this. Some models will send screenshots of a specific video if you send a paid message saying that you are interested in the video. If she doesn't do this and/or you aren't willing or able to try that then buying it would be your only option.

That's why I was saying you may have to eventually record you buying it. You would of course get the money back after suing.

I would message her and buy the video to find out if it is indeed you 2 together. Thats the only way to know and so what if you spend a lil cash to do it. If its not you then great but if it is then I would contact her (off site mind you) and tell her outright she no longer has permission to sell said video. That she must stop immediately as she has no signed consent form from you and therefore has no rights to sell it anymore. That if necessary you will contact a lawyer. (Save this message.) Then she has been notified to stop selling it as you have the proof you told her to stop, revoked permission to sell it, and have the proof she sold it. Then I would give her some time to take it down. If she does then again great. If she doesnt I would contact MGF and report her for selling a video in which she does not have permission to sell and has been told not to sell and has no consent form from you. They will handle it then. After that I would wait maybe a month and then check again. If its not on her site anymore I would get a new account and contact her on site asking if she has any boy girl videos for sale. Again yes the message is gonna cost you money but you wanna know she did stop selling it so it's worth it. If she actually replies trying to sell your video again then I would buy it and make sure it is indeed you and then you have your proof that after being told to stop she is continuing to sell it still. Then you can get a lawyer who will then deal with it for you. I would again contact MGF though and tell them she is still selling it as well and they will look through messages and see she is still doing it.
Theres no reason for her to keep selling a video she should not be selling and knowing as much.

Well I found out that it is a video with me in it, only my face is not shown. It's a POV video of her riding me. My lawyer says there isn't much I could do, it would cost me thousands of dollars just to file through the whole process just so she "maybe" gets a court order telling her she cannot sell it, so the fees involved would mitigate and the profit she actually makes would not be near what I would have to pay fighting it. So my best shot is support I suppose.

My next question is this. : Does MyGirlFund require men in female's videos to be age verified etc? I emailed support but it is the weekend so they haven't gotten back to me. I just want this video taken off her list of things to sell, I do not want someone making a profit off of me.

I'm not an expert but I would think that, even though you can't see the video, you could try sending a DMCA request to MGF saying that you suspect your video is being sold without your permission. I'm sure they have the ability to review the video and see if it is in fact you in the video. You may need to provide them with a picture or something of you for them to compare. I would ask them what they need from you before just sending them a picture.

If that doesn't work then I would suggest doing what others have already mentioned. Contact her, offsite, and be as polite as you can and don't use threats right off the bat. I personally would just contact her and ask her if the videos are of you, and if she says no then suggest she send you a screenshot of the video/s as proof.

If she still refuses any of that then I would send her an email AND a written letter (save a copy of anything you send) informing her she doesn't have the rights to sell the video and that you will contact a lawyer if she still refuses.

Yes you may have to spend the $25 to get proof if she doesn't want to work with you on this but that's a very small price for peace of mind.

Well, the video is POV, so my face is not shown, so I do not think that a picture will do much good. Me and her are currently in a court situation already, so we are not allowed to speak to each other, such is the issue I am having. I know if I told her to take it off, she would just because I said I'd get my lawyer. but she thinks she can get away with it and that I don't know about it. I emailed MGF support saying that I want it taken down, I am not sure how complient they will be though, I believe cam sites are more for the models.... I just want it taken down. I hope support will help me with this.

I think Tegan's advice is spot on, I'd follow it. I don't know what MGF actually requires but they should have documentation for all performers proving they are over 18. It doesn't really matter if your face is shown, you clearly can be damaged by having a sex tape of yourself being sold on the internet. Financially I think your lawyer gave you good advice. However, you have the law on you side. The threat of legal action often gets people to change their behavior. If she continues to sale the video, I'd file a small claims action it will cost ~$75 in most states and allows you to collect between $5,000-$10,000 in most states. My guess is she'd stop well before you go to court.

Well of course, but the issue here is me and her are to have 0 contact, otherwise there will be problems, so I cannot tell her to stop even though I want to. My lawyer does mostly criminal cases, so his advise was good but not the best, he didn't say anything about small claims. I did message her on there (spent the damn $1.80 to do so), to get the details of the video, it was exactly the video we made together, but I know I never signed anything or validated my age, and even so, this is a brand new MGF account, so if I did verify my age and such, it wouldn't be valid on this account. I am sure that MGF will force her to stop. Or at least I hope.

Well reading between the lines, with a criminal lawyer involved and what sounds like a restraining order, I'm guessing there is a lot involved. So I'll stop playing internet lawyer. Instead I'll tell you to listen to your lawyer. It is entirely possible from a big picture perspective that you are better off having the video for sale.

Your honor, "my client is the one that is being harmed here", the plaintiff is selling pornographic video of herself and my client for profit. She has no permission to do so, and she is doing so behind his back.

So before trying to get the video removed, contacting support or anything and I'd check with your lawyer. When you are in hole stop digging.

With a no contact order all you have to do is have your lawyer draft a letter to her or her lawyer asking her to stop selling it then.
Thing is if you never told her to stop she still technically has your permission. She may have a new account but from your mouth you told her she could. From that she can sell it anywhere she wants to. Until you tell her to stop she can do what she wants with it. Now MGF may or may not take your side (they actually are highly on a members side type site) but they will ask her to provide an ID and/or signed model release for the video she is selling. She though of course could provide a friends ID or something and say its them. Without your face they cant be blamed for not taking it down then.
As far as small claims court seeing as how you have no way to prove how much she made for the video after you revoke permission (if she keeps selling it still) you dont really have an amount to sue for. And you would only be able to sue for any amount she made after telling her to stop. Plus no damages as it's not like you have been outed for doing porn and suffered for it in any way. For all you know really she could say it's never sold after the fact of you telling her to stop. You have no proof actually it's ever sold even since then so proving your case would be pretty much not possible. MGF doesnt host videos for sale in a way that even a subpoena to them would show if its sold.
